We are a small family business dedicated to making your stay at “Glenhope” a memorable experience. Please read our terms and conditions prior to making your reservation with us and contact us should you require further information.

Breakfast provisions at $10.00/person includes freshly baked bread with jams, farm eggs, bowl of fresh fruit, cereals including homemade muesli, juice, tea and plunger coffee. Free breakfast provisions for children under 12 years.

A cooked breakfast is available at $20.00/person

 

Term & Conditions

Deposit

The minimum deposit is equivalent of one full night’s accommodation or 25% of the total accommodation cost whichever is the greater.
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of your deposit or by provision of your credit card details.

Cancellation

Although the deposit is non refundable, in the event of a cancellation within one month during peak periods and two weeks at other times the deposit may be refunded in part or in full if we are able to rebook the accommodation. Full payment is required for cancellations less than 48 hours prior to booking date.

Payment

Payment is preferred in cash or debit card due to increased credit card fees for small businesses. To enable us to maintain a moderate tariff rate we charge a 2% fee on all credit card transactions.

Check In & Check Out

Check- in time is normally 3pm though an earlier time may be arranged depending on the level of booking at the time. Similarly check-out time is 10am with a later time possible by agreement. A half-day rate is available by negotiation if you choose to stay beyond noon and the room is not required that evening.

Accidental Damage and Breakage

We are tolerant of accidental breakages however we reserve the right to charge guests the costs of replacement or repair of damage to furnishing and fittings should this occur.

Smoking

All rooms at “Glenhope” are “non smoking”. Smoking is however permitted outside and ash trays are readily available.
