Conservatory Apartment – self contained rate
Separate suite with king bed that can be converted to two singles $200 /night. minimum two night stay. There is a large living space overlooking the garden and alpaca paddocks with cooking facilities , dining and lounge.
Breakfast is not being offered during COVID. A complimentary breakfast basket will be left for the first night stay.

Garden Suite – self-contained rate
The Garden Suite is a studio with a queen bed plus a small adjoining room with a single bed. It accommodates 3 adults or two adults and two children. We have a trundle bed suitable for an extra child.
The Garden Suite has two toilets but a small en- suite. There is a step up into the shower so it is not suitable for people with mobility problems.
Queen room night $150/night – Extra adult $60. Extra child $40
Minimum 2 night stay.

Breakfast provisions at $15.00/person includes freshly baked bread with jams, farm eggs, bowl of fresh fruit, cereals including homemade muesli, juice, tea and plunger coffee. Children 5 to 12 years – $10.00. Under 5 free.
